This adhesive is designed to provide high strength, high temperature resistance and smooth bond lines. It features slightly lower thermal conductivity than other 2214 epoxies, with higher dielectric strength.

3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive 2214 Non-Metallic Filled is designed for use in applications where high strength bonds are needed in a temperature range of -67°F to 250°F (-53°C to 121°C). It can cure at 248°F (120°C). This epoxy adhesive may be applied by spatula, trowel, or flow equipment to meet your individual project requirements. Flammability testing per UL94 HB.
