LOCTITE 262 is a red, general purpose, medium to high strength, thixotropic, methacrylate based adhesive. The initial setting time is 15 minutes for steel, 8 minutes for brass and 180 minutes for stainless steel. It fluoresces under ultraviolet light for surveillance. Ideal for use where any migration of adhesives must be prevented. Tolerates minor pollution from industrial oil. Applicable to all metal fasteners.
