Loctite HHD 8190R structural adhesive is specially formulated to provide low temperature fast fixture processing capability. It also has excellent adhesion and resistance to moisture and heat for magnesium aluminum alloy anodized alumina and PCABS mixtures.

Precautions

1. In order to obtain the best performance, the surface of the parts should be clean and free of grease.

2. For high-strength structural adhesives, remove surface contaminants such as special, oxide film, oil, dust, release agents and all other surface contaminants.

3. This product is not recommended for use in pure oxygen and/or oxygen-rich systems and should not be selected as a sealer for chlorine or other strongly oxidizing materials.

Field of Application

Typical applications include structural bonding of top glass, frames and components in mobile devices and displays to a wide variety of materials such as metals, plastics, glass and composites.
