TECHNOMELT PUR 4663 is a hotmelt used for lamination, general assembly work, assembly bonding of wooden parts and gluing of textiles and plastics. It provides high initial strength, chemical cross-linking within few days, bond joint turns into a thermoset, very high heat resistance and cold flexibility, excellent water resistance and resistance to most solvents

Method of use
1. In order to maintain the quality of the patch glue, please store it in the refrigerator (2±10C).
2. It should be kept at room temperature for 2^3 hours before it is removed from the refrigerator.
3. Add the back plug to the dispensing hose to obtain a more stable dispensing amount.
4 recommended dispensing temperature is 30-35℃.

The rate of cure will depend on the ambient relative
humidity. The best results are achieved when the relative
humidity in the working environment is 40% to 60% at 22°C.
Lower humidity leads to slower cure. Higher humidity
accelerates it, but may impair the final strength of the bond. -

Instructions
1.Shake the product can thoroughly before use.
2.Flip the attached metal straw up and spray at a distance of about 5-10cm with the metal straw onto area.
3.Repeat application twice or three times on rusted, corroded and seized parts and then knock the parts by a rubber hammer or sinilar tools lightly for best results.
4.Aiter use, flip the straw down and stored in cool and dry place.
