【 Applicable Occasions 】
Pretreatment: The surface to be potted needs to be cleaned or degreased. Dc-1200-os bottom coating is recommended to achieve excellent potting effect.
Sizing: Use manual or automatic equipment to evenly mix components A and B in proportion (weight ratio). For situations sensitive to gas mixing, degassing treatment should be carried out for 5 to 10 minutes under the vacuum of 10~20MM mercury, and the degassing time should be extended appropriately for more colloids. Place the filling mouth of the sealing parts upward and horizontally, pour in the potting glue and self-level.
Curing: This product curing at room temperature, heating can accelerate the curing, curing 48 hours at room temperature.

Dow corning DOWSIL™ 732 Multi-Purpose Sealant
All surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and/or degreased with DOWSIL™ brand OS
Fluids, naphtha, mineral spirits, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) or other suitable solvent.
Solvents such as acetone or isopropyl alcohol (IPA) do not tend to remove oils well, and any
oils remaining on the surface may interfere with adhesion. Light surface abrasion is
recommended whenever possible, because it promotes good cleaning and increases the
surface area for bonding. A final surface wipe with acetone or IPA is also useful. Some
cleaning techniques may provide better results than others; users should determine the best
techniques for their particular applications.
