Used to guide the

1, bonding surface preparation

• Clean the bonding surface with a non-shedding cloth dipped in 50% isopropyl alcohol, acetone or toluene.

2, operation

• Shake the bottle with 3M 94 base glue vigorously before use.

• Use 3M special tool or brush, roller (without fiber falling off), 94 adhesive evenly coated on the bonding surface, the general coating thickness is 2~4u.

3. Drying time

• Drying time generally depends on temperature, humidity, coating thickness.

• Normal drying time: 1 minute to 1 hour

• Optimal drying time: 10 min ~30 min (temperature: 23℃, humidity: 65%)

• Pay attention to the coating surface is absolutely free from contamination

4, double-sided tape bonding

• Apply double-sided tape to the dried coated surface and apply pressure.

Points for attention:

•1, 3M 94 bottom glue is a chemically active substance, so each time to use, only take out the day (8 hours) of the amount, the rest is still sealed and stored.

•2. The operating environment should be well ventilated and kept clean.
