Do not use a tin compound.
Curing at room temperature
RoHS Compliant
Polysiloxane free: contains no cyclic polysiloxane low molecular generating a contact fault.
Can also be used for filling adhesive (internal curing will take time).
Small distortion, strong cold thermal shock.
