The EPO-TEK 301-2 is a two-component. Epoxy resin for optical, medical and semiconductor applications, low viscosity, easy to handle, and can be used for up to 8 hours after mixing.

EPO-TEK®301-2FL is a two-component optical and semiconductor grade epoxy resin. It is a more flexible version of EPO-TEK®301-2.

EPO-TEK®302-3M is an optical, fiber and semiconductor application for epoxy resins. Epoxy resins are suitable for bonding, sealing, encapsulation, or as coatings.
