Pretreatment: The adhesive surfaces are recommended to be cleaned with acetone or isopropanol (for plastics) to remove oil, stains and dust. Do not use low alcohol, gasoline or paint thinner. If the cleaned surface is mechanically polished or chemically corroded, the bonding effect with higher strength and better durability can be obtained.

Sizing: Take appropriate amount of this product evenly coated on the parts to be bonded.

Degumming: the spilled colloid will not cure, just wipe it off, can also use special cleaning agent for cleaning.

Bond strength: medium strength

Medium VISCOSITY: SUITABLE FOR THREAD LOCKING UNDER HARSH CHEMICAL conditions, ESPECIALLY FOR THREAD LOCKING AND sealing UNDER M36.

Special purpose: To prevent loosening of threaded fasteners due to vibration and to prevent leakage. This product is especially suitable for non – active substrate surface and/or where heat – resistant oil is required.

Performance: Maximum effect (0.25mm) can be achieved in small clearance fit. Large size bolt may cause single clearance, which will affect the curing speed and strength of the product after curing.

Military certification: in line with the United States military certification.

Bonding base material: iron screws, copper screws, aluminum screws, alloy screws, etc.
