LOCTITE 272 designed for the permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners.
Loctite 272 is a single component, high temperature resistant, high strength, anaerobic thread locking adhesive. The product cures between two tightly fitting metal surfaces in an air – free environment. High temperature resistance up to 230℃, can be used for cylinder head double screw lock, need heating and use tools when disassembling.
LOCTITE 272 is designed for permanent use. Long locking and sealing threaded fasteners. When held in place without air between tightly fitted metal surfaces, the product cures and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. Typical applications include locking and sealing with large bolts and studs (M25 and larger).

Method of Use
Pretreatment: The bonding surface is recommended to be cleaned with acetone or isopropyl alcohol (for plastic) to remove oil stains, stains and dust. Do not use low alcohol, gasoline or paint thinner. If the cleaned surface is mechanically polished or chemically corroded, the adhesive effect of higher strength and better durability can be obtained.
Sizing: Apply appropriate amount of this product evenly to the parts to be bonded.
Glue removal: Overflow colloid will not cure, just wipe it off, can also use special cleaning agent for cleaning.
Bond strength: Medium strength
Medium viscosity: suitable for locking threads under harsh chemical conditions, especially for locking and sealing threads below M36.
Special purpose: Prevent threaded fasteners from loosening due to vibration and prevent leakage. This product is especially suitable for non-reactive substrate surfaces and/or where heat and oil resistance are required.
Performance: It can achieve the best effect (0.25mm) in small clearance. Large size bolts may cause a single clearance and affect the curing speed and post-curing strength of the product

Method of use
1. In order to maintain the quality of the patch glue, please store it in the refrigerator (2±10C).
2. It should be kept at room temperature for 2^3 hours before it is removed from the refrigerator.
3. Add the back plug to the dispensing hose to obtain a more stable dispensing amount.
4 recommended dispensing temperature is 30-35℃.
5 can use toluene or ethyl acetate to clean the hose.
